Can't sign in? Ask us to delete it
Email support@rewardearn.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We delete the account within 30 days and reply to confirm. If you write from a different address, we may ask you to prove the account is yours first.
What is deleted
- Your email address and password
- Your phone number and postal address
- The payout address saved on your profile
- Your profile photo and any Google or social login link
- Your survey profile: name, birth date, location and the other answers you gave
Points left in your account are lost when it is deleted, so redeem anything you want to keep first. We stop sending you emails.
What is kept, and why
Your username
It is also your referral code, so it stays reserved. Nobody else can register it and collect earnings from the people you referred.
Earnings, redemption and payout history, including where each payout was sent
We need it for accounting and tax, and to settle disputes and reversals with our advertising partners and payout providers.
Fraud-prevention records: IP addresses, device identifiers, the email address used at sign-up, and any ban
So an account closed for fraud cannot be deleted and opened again.
Basic account details: account number, country, sign-up date and how you found us
So our records and reports still add up.
Identity verification images, if you verified your identity
Held by our verification provider and deleted within 12 months of verification. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
We keep these records only as long as we need them for these purposes, or as long as the law requires. More detail is in our Privacy Policy.
